Under these unprecedented circumstances, our return policy is extended to 40 days for all orders passed since March 1st.

You can return one or more products by completing this Return Form within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.
Return items must be delivered to the courrier within 14 days of the date that you complete the form.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITION:
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Log onto “My account”, section “My Orders”
- Select the related order and click on “View Order”
- Click on “Return” in the menu below the order date.
- Fill the requested fields (quantity, reason of the return) and click on “Send”
- Our Customer Care will then be able to accept your return request and send you a Return Authorization form along with the necessary shipping documents for a return to France and the pre-paid label to include in your parcel.
- Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. If not, we may not be able to accept your return and refund the merchandise.
- Prepare the package and stick the pre-paid label on the order box (or any other solid, rigid carton box) over the prior delivery information. With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

If you prefer, you can also use a different courier service than the one suggested by Barbara Bui. In this case, return shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and responsibility.

- Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. During pick activities, like the Sale for instance, please allow up to 7 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse to get your return accepted. You will receive an e-mail when the order is accepted.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through “My Returns” or with the Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
Note : Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND :
After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refund times for payment done with Credit or Debit card will depend on the Card company's policies.
