Please note that the delivery times include working days only, and that week-ends and holidays* are not considered.
You order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse located in France.
*French holidays for 2022 are as follows: January 1st, April 18th, May 1st, May 8th, May 13th, May 26th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th.
Since January 1st, 2021 and following to the Brexit, custom duties and taxes apply and shall be paid upon delivery, directly to our carrier.
When passing an order, you can contact our Customer Care to get an estimate of these taxes and duties.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY:
You may check the status of your order and follow-up the various steps of your delivery by logging into your account, in the section “My Orders”.
You may also track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.
You will find the Tracking Number of your order either in your Account, “My Orders”, or in the shipping confirmation email.
