SHARP CUT
#4
EPISODE #4
Presenting two key features of Barbara Bui’s wardrobe: black leather, the signature of the house from its outset, and rock spirit, distorting the codes and mixing the genres. Very sharp lines, tapered, as if elongated. An edgy look. Created in a single stroke, like a charcoal sketch.

The peacoat spirit appears in all its forms. Feminized in a 70s Nico-style greatcoat with wrap-around skirt, or restyled, with an oversized double collar taking center stage, worn over a jacket and tapered pants. The lines are elongated and the jacket narrower, with narrow sleeves, opening to reveal close-fitting sweaters. The dual-material oversized blazer is worn directly on the skin and combined with thigh-high boots.
